Can't Sit Still is recruiting for the new role of Producer, working 2 days per week on an employed basis. 

We need a producer to join us at a crucial stage in our company development, to help manage our four existing touring shows and bring at least one more to life. 

This is a part-time employed position (0.4 FTE) as part of our core team, initially for a fixed term of 1 year with the strong potential of extension.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

We are looking for an experienced producer with an interest in commercial touring, theatre for young audiences, outdoor arts and circus, to join our small, dynamic company. 

You will share our company values, be open to learning together and nimble at problem solving, with a positive attitude. You will be experienced in producing tours to mid scale venues and negotiating complex contracts. You will be able to work flexibly and responsively. You will be in your element liaising with, and supporting, a wide range of people. Your budget management skills and attention to detail will be exemplary

THE OFFER TO YOU...

• Number of days/hours: 2 days per week/7.5 hours per day. We welcome applications from candidates who would like to work their hours flexibly around other commitments 

• Salary Basis: Fixed term employed role at the company band B rate: £34,000, 0.4 FTE

• Holiday entitlement: 25 days per annum, pro rata  

• Pension: Workplace pension through NEST - 3% employer contribution

• Expenses: Expenses for work travel and accommodation to be agreed on a case by case basis 

• Location: Home working/The Vassall Centre, Fishponds, Bristol. You will be needed to work at least one day per fortnight from our office base in Fishponds, in discussion with the other core team. Some travel to meetings, rehearsals and performances, will also be required.
